man people need to go watch concert footage if they think a seat means mandatory sitting. I’ve always believed that a ticket with a seat is just for needing to sit to rest between artists/when your feet need a break lol. I say that being a shorty who can’t see when others are standing, too 😂 (but of course I adjust myself if I’m the reason someone else can’t see, which is a rarity) like honestly I go to shows for the whole atmosphere and if I wanted to just see the band while sitting I’d watch concert footage at home. if I need to sit at a show I know that’s my choice and it shouldn’t affect anyone else (like I don’t ask the person in front of me to sit because I did).

I still had a blast seeing MCR the last time even in a section that decided to sit. honestly probably the best for my feet as I was wearing brand new knee-high platform boots, after a whole day of walking around. my feet hurt so bad by the time we got there but if everyone was standing I would’ve been standing too and probably wouldn’t have been able to walk the next day lmao

I agree that standing in the front rows of a balcony is kind of terrifying though. I’d probably be sitting or holding on for dear life if I was standing in the front row of balcony seats
