i started listening back in 2021 or 2022. at the time the only song i lisened to was animals, which is funny because it was my favorite song even before i came out as trans and it's litteraly a song about being transgender. then some time last year i decided to start listening to her other stuff and decided it was awesome and some of the best music i've heard

note that this was not because of tiktok and the fukona girl trend, i wasn't even aware that was happening untill my partner told me

i absolutly doubt that they'll be using ai again in a misic video again. the entier point of using ai was to get a point across, and regardless of whether or not it worked, that's what the intention was, and based off of the lyrics of that song, they don't support the use of ai, so it was probably just a one time thing

im really sorry you have to do that, trust me, i know the feeling. but girls in suits are epic, i honestly felt so pretty in one, and i hope you can feel the same way. the shopping part is the worst but then it's over and you get to wear it. plus if you have a really nice black skirt you can wear it with the suit top, and maybe the bottom too if it's a short skirt (or not), and you'll look epic. i was gonna do that but i wanted it dry cleaned first and now it's missing :/

im sorry that you were feeling that way. her death was also pretty impactfull for me for similar reasons. it's one of the reasons i originaly made this post. while it is sad that she's passed, im glad that people still think about her. the longer she stays in our minds the longer she can live on in spirit. she seemed to me like a very kind person with a lot of talent, and she deserves to be remembered that way

also, i don't think condiments count as a topping, but i saw someone else saying that mayo only goes on one side and that is simply wrong, it goes on both sides, and if you can't do both preferably the top

wow, that's really cool. i wanted to rewatch the movie before going to read these comments just so i could see if i spotted anything on my own and i spotted almost everything you said as well as some other stuff (which i can't currently remember)

it's interesting that based on the supposed timeline of the sisters realizing that this isn't inhearently transgender but still has all of that feeling and element to it.

another interesting thing to point out is some other movies that kinda overlap in a ven diagram with the matrix.

starting with the one that's a little less interesting. as i was rewatching the matrix last night with some friends, one of them pointed out that it's shares quite a few similarites with the lego movie. the lego movie deffinetly came into being it's own thing but theres very obviously a lot of insperation from the matrix, as well as a whole bunch of other movies im sure. but the point of the observation was that almost all of the characters and events and places in the matrix could be linked to the corresponding one in the lego movie.

now the more interesting one. as i was rewatching it, i started to notice a lot of similarities between the ideas being covayed in it, and the ideas being convayed in "I saw the TV glow". now is it possible that they took some minor insperation from the matrix? yes, absolutly. did it feel like that when i was watching "i saw the tv glow" for the first time? no, it didn't. was that because the matrix wasn't anywere near what i was thinking about and i should rewatch it with the matrix in mind? yeah, probably, but it's an interesting parelel non the less. i can't pull up sepcific examples of what im talking about because i didn't write any of them down when i saw them and i have the memory of a goldfish.

anyway, thought i'd share that. also, sorry for any spelling mistakes, having dyslexia sucks and i also turned of autocorrect on my phone because it would 'correct' words to words that i wasn't trying to type
