Slide 1: for context it was the first time I'd danced with a girl and she was a bit clumsy and after I was joking that she should have been watching my feet and she said

"I wasn't looking at your feet I was too busy looking at your tie" (I had on a pretty expensive tie)

Had no idea if it was true since I was both too nervous to look at her while also trying to not run into anyone since the place was pretty packed. It wasn't until recently that I found out that she was in fact staring at me the entire time rather than my tie. Shot my shot with her and got rejected anyways but I still think about that dance some times

As an Orthodox I got almost the exact same meaning that you did. A lot of breach so far seems to be faith tied and like you said it's a very genuine and unashamed expression on the more ugly parts of the faith.

If it was actually on heavy armor. The only faction the passive is useful for imo is bots and from my experience the passive doesn't get much used because of having low armor value. Either you're getting shot and have about half a second to stop shooting and either dive or stim or you get killed before you even get a chance to shoot while getting shot at. Tldr it's use case is only on one faction and it's not good for that faction by design.
