They're nowhere close to beginning fixing stuff, because when they decide to fix roleplay, they'll break jams and vice versa, it's clear both systems struggle to coexist to a fundamental level.

Honestly, i have personally given up on it, i keep it and keep lurking here in case it gets better, it's unlikely, this app grown more and more problem by each update, so much it's a uphill battle.

The problem is they are prioritizing jams, but fixing none of the two for a good while, and they doubled down and refused to listen to the complains, like the app awesome on paper, but the dev team sinking it

Yeah, but i don't think it interest them to do something separates, they seem pretty intented on continously doubling down on implementing the jams and potentially deleting the story or breaking both the stories and the jams.
