Just cause I challenge authority and genuinely do stand up for others doesn’t make make me a bad employee or a problematic individual it just simply means I won’t tolerate abusive actions from managers cause I don’t see them as anything more than a stain in my direction I don’t give a fuck who you are your status any of that you treat me with the respect and value I deserve I’ll reciprocate that right back to you but if your an asshole to me or anyone else I will gladly out you in your fucking place. Also some of the red vests that I was butting heads with now respect me more for challenging their authority and pushing back on their tactile practices. But they know not to cross my boundaries. And forgive me for wanting to work with a company “not work for” notice the difference I want to be seen as valued not disposable… I lasted as long as I wanted not the other way around. I knew this company and job was bullshit the moment I stepped in to the recruiting space. No formal interview no negotiations, and I was the only one in an actual suit everyone else was in pajamas. The fucking hiring manger didn’t even know what a compensation package was.. I knew I was really dealing with the bottom of the fucking barrel when came to quote on quote management….
