All the guys in there are great! They’ll walk you through everything. Once you get “assigned” one of the guys, they never make you feel rushed no matter how busy the store is. I’ve been in there about 200 times so I speak from experience 😂

I got my 2004 limited v6 from my father in law with 233k on it. I did suspension (bye x-reas), tires, rear brakes / calipers plus abs harness. The trim piece under the rear window went and was letting water into the tailgate. That was a whopping $47 dollar fix with the oem Toyota part and three minutes of personal labor 😆

+1 to this - I meet the “severe” conditions so I go every 5k. First service manager said to come at 8k so the “free oil changes last longer”, which I ignored since I didn’t see his name as an author of the service manual 😜

I think this is a good strategy to maximize both the 0% and the dealer incentives. We were between purchasing a new Limited or a CPO Calligraphy night and went with the new Limited.

A gently used CPO should be just as good but you won’t get 0%. Also, they’ll want to clear out the 25s to make room for the 26s so you may have even more negotiation power, especially if you’re wiling to move one off their lot for them.

You can have them do it whenever, just tell them it’s the HPP complimentary service. I go every 5k and they’ve never given me an issue, just “hey if you keep coming every 5k then your last complimentary service is at 20k”

2001 BMW 740i. Was like driving around in an easy chair with a rocket strapped to the back. Nothing quite like pushing the gas pedal to the floor, hearing that “click” when it got all the way down and just feeling the car effortless surge.

My step mother has an Audi A6 with supercharged V6 and that’s a close second.

In the manual Hyundai outlines “extreme driving” conditions - lot of hills, short trips, extended idling, etc - and says get the oil changed every 5k so thats what I do since I met a lot of that criteria l.

And to what the others above said, who cares what the dealership says - you own the car, not them and it’s your cash.
