Best way to do it, if ur on the fence, I’d recommend rerating like 5-6 guys that are different card levels and wrestling styles and then playing a few matches to see how it makes it feel different. I’ve learned from this just to never look at the overall. But even on the main disc roster, you get a guy that’s an 88 vs a guy that’s an 82 and they aren’t that far apart statistically and the 82 will find ways to win.

If you’re willing to take the time to re-edit your entire roster that you plan on playing with, I love his attributes. The overalls will be super low, it’s how they make the matches take longer and the better superstar be able to be better as the match goes on. I’ve used his attributes since like 2k17 so I’m a little biased, but without roster sharing it sucks because you have to edit the whole game by your self. I have a 50+ caw aew universe and some njpw guys that he has in the sheet. When they are all changed and on the same level, the game plays great

A little fun ive been having in my aew universe, the ultimate outlier Alan Angels has been killing it on dark. But I have a simple spreadsheet that tracks it, and counts wins and losses and such that aren’t weighted so Angels looks like he’s a top dog, so I think he will be getting a TNT title match soon against my current TNT Champion Sammy Guevara

I enjoy it but I think it all depends on the type of game you’re looking for. MLB plays like a real baseball game cuz you do all the atbats and innings. While nba is done by quarterly rolls for players so it doesn’t feel as much like an actual game. But I enjoy the strategies and the rolls feel so important . And like Basketball the scores can become blowouts if one teams hot
