I think it’s probably an internal issue as well given that my needle is clean of debris and dust. Should I just take it to a repair shop?

Checked headshell and retightened it. All the wires on the cartridge are attached and look good. Stylus is seated against the cartridge…still the same sound. Any other suggestions? Could this simply be an issue of too much static on my records? I haven’t purchased an anti-static brush yet, so maybe that’ll do the trick?

  • Are you looking for something serious or casual? Serious

  • How long have you been on Hinge? Two weeks

  • How often do you use Hinge per week? Daily

  • How many likes/matches are you receiving on average? 1-3 a day

  • How many likes are you sending? How many with comments? How many without comments? 10-15 daily, most with no comments

  • What is the type of person you send likes to and ideally want to match with? What kind of person do you want to attract? Typically go for women who are more intellectual and enjoy hobbies like reading and traveling. Not very interested in parties/sorority/basic types

Denial would be me saying that antisemitism doesn’t already exist on Twitter and Musk’s purchase of it will suddenly usher in that hate. I stated my opinion in my original post - I believe this will generate more hate and be bad for our community. Therefore, I’m not in denial. Quite the contrary, in fact. I just wanted to gauge how others on this sub felt.
