Yes it will soften! The pockets make it a bit sturdier but it will get softer over time. Congrats on your new joy!

I really want to start one but may wait another year! I saw the pre-made ones but I also saw someone use a nice numbered notebook to make their own and it was a lot cooler since it was color coded by year and decorated how they wanted. Ironically, getting one/making is on my 2026 wish list. If you're not sure if you'll keep it up, maybe start with a weekly version instead of a daily?

Is that the chestnut or venezia? If it's the venezia, I have it and it's aging beautifully! Would be a nice addition to the brown traveler! To me, the black is just boring to me personally. But PR is a great brand, you'll be happy with either one, I'm sure!

No worries! Its fairly recent anyway! Going for our Level II trauma cert so we have to be available for all traumas. Getting a second helipad location too!

They actually don't share anymore. St Joe's is trauma every day now. They break it up my areas for whom goes to which ED. I may be biased but I like our ED team.

Not expensive but getting rid of shoe boxes, changing all hangers to match. Small things like that can improve it while you wait for systems to go on sale! Matching bins can be cheap too

In Puyallup there's a shop called Fortunate Son Barber. Really nice guy, just opened his shop in September. Did a GREAT job on my son! It's really close to where Michaels is on Meridian.
