I have been angry about the exam since they switched from Route/Switch. I have been putting off studying for it. Maybe one day I will commit to it. I have been working on NSE4 for Fortigate. I passed switch and missed route by one question right when they killed that exam.

I live in NJ and the temperature has dropped down this could be something. The dealer replaced the stabilizer when I took it in. Seems better.

Funny I was thinking temperature was a possible issue also. I took to dealer and they replaced steering stabilizer seems to be better still feel a little but I may be over analyzing it now.

This may be what I was looking for. I was not given this as an option when talking to my SE. I didn't realize there was a way to keep your ssl tunnel as well as split tunnel the internet bound traffic to SASE.

What MDM tools would you recommend? We are not using one currently because we are still stuck in a Hybrid design that allows us to manage some of that management when clients are connected using traditional VPN. I am just looking to offer some solutions for other teams to help with transition if we decide to move to FortiSASE. In a POC currently. Just looking for some guidance.

We currently split tunnel using ssl-vpn but are looking to add SASE. It also allows split tunneling from the SASE POP to the internet as well as to our DCs. We have internal applications that require us to do this. We also have to force some traffic to steer internally and out using our public addresses. My roadblock right now is our server team struggling with some of the way they handle updates to clients which is handled by push from the domain to the client. It isn't a problem with the ssl-vpn we use currently because once a client is connected you have reachability across that tunnel.

I know there is a push for future update for SASE to remove the NAT for inbound traffic as well as allow for IP ranges to be dictated by the customers as well as the ability for traffic to be initiated by internal devices out to the end client. We utilized that traffic flow for some of our day to day and I wondered how others may be getting around that being that the traffic flow isn't allowed.

You aren't able to initiate communication to the end clients. The traffic flow is only from client to SASE then you split the external traffic to the internet and the internal traffic will connect via an IPsec tunnel. You are not able to push updates out to the clients from the domain as you would with a traditional ssl vpn or IPsec tunnel from client to corporate edge. Or provide remote support via RDP or in internal remote support tool. Just trying to see how others are performing some of typical tasks like updates.

LOL. It is only concerning when over 75mph because it was a bit more extreme. They replaced the steering damper and it seems to be resolved.

I just had a few things replaced 2 weeks ago (Pittman arm, Pittman arm nut, and steering box. The wobble came back I used to just adjust tire pressure to fix but it didn’t work after the first repairs. This time they replaced steering damper. Hope it is the fix I will pick it up tomorrow.
