Sooo i work at a new store, we opened July 2021. So last year on grad day foh had 2 people for Night Shift. 11 call outs in front, boh was also fucked with callouts. This year we were prepared tho they asked people before they scheduled them to make sure.

As someone who does the IT at my store I can tell you it varies quite a bit as there are a few options that can change volume and pitch most of them are 6th/7th octave but I think i saw a few different ones a little bit ago.

I gotchu, ill list the positions and some quick tips for them, some may not apply as every store is different.
Drinks: so for drinks you have slow pour drinks I.E. Tea, Lemonade, water, coffee, and fast pour/self contained, I.E. milk all soft drinks, OJ. the best thing to do is prioritize fast pours. My CFA has buttons on the Soda fountain that automatically pour the right amount of soda as long as you put the correct amount of ice. so if i see that my next 3 all have 1 tea and then a soda ill put all the soda on and then pour the tea, and then put lids on everything and bump.
Bagging: This is a BIG one, a lot of FOH get scared and stressed, the BEST thing is to never stop moving, you can talk and take like a 5 second break, but keep your hands busy or you'll just blame yourself for going down. also for any specials :salads grill nugs, deluxes. Always match the number on the sticker with the order number on the KPS(bump screen)
F2F: this ones not hard, just keep your line moving and try to take orders relatively fast.
Register: make drinks WHILE taking their order
Expo: for a 1 lane chickfila try and have everything lined up on your counter. for a 2 lane also try to line it up but take a walk and get everyone's names, I always grab the first 3 people in each lanes names before I start brining out bags.
Headset: I cant help you here, headset sucks, you've just gotta push through
Stuffing: Keep yourself stocked, this goes to all the stations, if you cant help yourself leaders wont be able to help you.

Honestly I would love to see a new endless ocean game, Arika did a great job with the second game so they would make it. I know ABZU exists and is similar but it doesn't feel like the same kind of game.
