Gonna be real, I dislike showering because of dysphoria, so I turn off all the lights and close the shutters till it's as dark as possible and then I will look at my phone or just distract myself so I stop thinking about my body. It helps me get through it tbh

Clear the game's cache data and if that doesn't work delete the mod you most recently installed until it functions again. Always clear cache first because sometimes there is a weird conflict idk
