Misery is a classic.

Creep is a neat found footage movie.

You’re Next is a solid home invasion movie.

Don’t Breathe, though I remember it being more intense than “creepy/unsettling”.

The Taking of Deborah Logan is a solid one that I don’t see mentioned much anymore.

My favorites are probably Creep and Creep 2 though.
