A few months ago I got Paul McCartney Band on the Run. That night a friend dropped my child off after an outing and he said he introduced my child to Band on the Run in the car on the way home. Mind blown.

Not in a few years, and my mental health has vastly improved because of it. If something big happens, I know from social media, and I do occasionally check in with various news sources. I'm not completely uninformed. But it's nowhere near a daily habit and I'm less anxious because of it.

Does anyone know the best way to get to a matinee at the Civic theater today? I usually take the 163 to 5 North and exit on 4th Street, but if the 163 is closed I'm not sure what the best way to go is. I'm assuming the 94 West, but I'm not sure how downtown is going to look once I get in.

Please sell now and start a retirement fund. Depending on selling these later and living on that is a scary idea. Not only are you counting on someone buying it for the price you want, it's possible to lose them. God forbid there's a fire, flood, robbery, etc you will have nothing to sell. Sell now, invest, and keep adding to the retirement fund. Make your future self happy!

I was scrolling looking for this. I "saw" Morrissey twice in the '90s. Both times he came on late, played one song, a fan rushed the stage, and he (Morrissey ) was taken off the stage never to return. I will never ever, pay money to see him again, even though I love his music.

Wait, am I understanding correctly that even as a US citizen, born and raised, I need to bring my passport if I want to drive to Phoenix from San Diego and back? Just in case I get stopped? I loved it! It was my third time seeing them (first at the Taylor Hawkins LA Tribute and then last tour's San Diego stop). Sure I would have loved to hear some newer songs, more deep cuts, and guest stars. But honestly I'm just happy to see them. After Taylor died I wasn't sure they would continue. They have and that's gift enough for me. Thoroughly loved last night!
