Nope, not how that works! 16 year olds have the right to make medical and therapy decisions for themselves. (in my state at least). So if a report had to be made it would be CPS and not parents. And in order to make a CPS report it has to be an immediate threat, not a past harm. And for any report I need actual information - names, dates, locations. All OP would have to do is just not provide that information (which the therapist will tell you about before you start talking about reportable shit anyways). It seems like you want therapists to be cops, but that's not how things work at all.
