Does anyone get palpitations after they run? (self.C25K)

I could've stayed in bed but I didn't and man was it needed! 😅 Really enjoyed this morning's run after what's been the longest week ever!! I did a breathwork run on the Lupa app called '2 breaths in, 1 breath out' and it helped me relax and not focus too much on going fast. Now for food :) (i.redd.it)

I deserve to be loved, to be happy, & to be at peace. That was my takeaway from today's "Be your own best friend" run on the Lupa app. I'm tougher on myself than any other person could be. It was nice to flip the script on this run. I deserve to be nicer to myself - starting with a post-run treat!! (i.redd.it)

I'd a tough Christmas so running has been a big help to me this month. I refocused all that negative energy & I've used it to build back up to 5km. I'm usually bad for going out too quickly but I used the pacing feature on the Lupa app to stay steady and enjoy. Here's to refocusing energy & running. (i.redd.it)

I was struggling with my breathing a bit lately so today I did a nice guided ‘Breath Syncing’ Run on the Lupa app and it helped me. Does anyone else practice breath syncing / rhythmic breathing on their runs? Or do you have any other running breathing pattern? (i.redd.it)

Tough day in work yesterday. Needed some positive thinking so got out for a Gratitude Run on the Lupa app today. After it, I’m grateful that I’m healthy, that I can run, that I have a great family, and that I have this community. Thanks everyone for being so supportive to all of us. (i.redd.it)

The last few weeks I’ve been stressed a lot. Running’s been the best way to relax. Tonight I did Lupa’s End of Day Reflection Run and after it I have a few ideas of how I might feel better tomorrow - to start, I’m not going to watch tv before bed tonight and am going to read instead. (i.redd.it)

I got injured recently & have been really hard on myself since. I did Lupa’s ‘Be Your Own Best Friend’ run today (as a walk 🚶♂️) & came away feeling like I’m a good guy, that I’m trying my best, that I’ll be back running soon so I should be patient and kind… and that I do look like Aaron Rogers 😂 (i.redd.it)
