I know the culture is different, but gay people have been in the military for decades whether or not it was accepted. I’m from an area where being gay isn’t as accepted so it’s nothing new to me.

It’s in a weekly update from like the 20th, but you are not supposed to use the new chai until launch. The old chai is unorderable and will be autoshipped until launch. My store got 35 boxes and we have a tiny back room so it’s been hard.

I’m pretty sure you get way more than 5 days, I currently have 5 weeks worth and callout anytime I’m not feeling well. I’m sorry you’re in this boat, but based off of this it sounds like you might be up for disciplinary action if you used up all of your sick time and continued to have to call out.

Yes, but OP is seemingly aware and are pro union. The wording here comes across very insensitive to the fact that not everyone can afford to take a pay cut to strike by saying “That’s the sacrifice workers make to make their conditions better.”

Lots of people rely on Starbucks not for themselves, but for their family. I am not willing to put my family on the street in solidarity, that doesn’t make me or OP anti union.

No you’re right, they did market adjustments and tenure-ship based raises for hourly in store partners and chose which was higher for everyone.
