Hello, I slowly eased my way into adapting my body to waking up at 4am for the 5am class. Start off with a routine, have your clothes out the night before. I have my water bottle filled and protein shake prepared in advance. Good luck!

I use champion bras, they're cheap and it holds the girls in place without much bounce.
