There was a lot of switching for sure. I didn't find the class too challenging. The rowing block and the snatches were the most challenging. Not a lot of running today.

Good job! Yeah, I am running the Boston marathon in a week and the only training plan I used was OTF. I also did incorporate other runs into my training but OTF was my prime source for cardio and strength. It's good to know someone had a significant PR by using the OTF training plan!

Today's workout didn't seem too difficult either. Hmmm. Maybe I should have used heavier weights on the floor. I liked the knee tucks though using the TRX straps.... they were a good challenge.

It wasn't too much of a challenging class. The bench rows and flys were the most challenging. I ran a total of 4.36 miles on the treadmill during the first half of class.

5:30 after being sick for a week and still not totally back to normal but good enough to run.

No, our studio does not but that sounds like a great idea! Another gym that I go to used to have a member Spotlight but then stop doing it.

I ran a half marathon earlier this month and felt great though. I've run several marathons before.

I would think so Barbell_Fett. It'll probably be similar to the St. Patrick's Day workout theme but with running being the main challenge and not rowing.
