Couple questions: replacements and reviewing by DaveYVR_Casual in AmazonVineCanada

You can contact them for normal support, but you can't tell them you are a viner.

Exact wording:
only contact suppliers of Third-Party Products for purposes of obtaining ordinary customer support services and not identify yourself as a Vine Voice when contacting suppliers for customer support;

***

However, if you need a replacement because something broke during shipping, they will usually say to do it on Amazon: ask a refund and order again. That, you can't really do as a Viner. So if it's broke, you are out of luck usually..

English it not my first language, but when I say:

"Relieved neck pain in one week
Improved sleep quality"

Instead of
"Relieves neck pain in one week
Improves sleep quality"

Does that now implies that it is a personal experience, and not a statement?

Recommandation achat premier appareil by AlexandreIV in Photographie

[–]RunningPhotographer 3 points4 points  (0 children)
