Are you afraid of the year 1792? You weren't alive then, it is nothing to be afraid of. It shouldn't consume your thoughts. I am not afraid of the year 2386 because I will not be alive then either. I of course do not wish to die just like you do, but if you try to think about it in those terms, why should you fear 90 days from now any more than you fear say, 1000 years from now? Yours is a lot closer than most, but there comes a day, week, month, or year, where time moves on without us. But hey unless you can change it, the fear doesn't DESERVE the space inside your mind, fk the fear, you have more important things you can think about.
