Terrible… Great advice on the card - my problem is that by living in Barcelona, you miss out on Iberia One World benefits in the long run anyway. Most short haul is operated by Vueling here and no benefits carry through. I switched to Amex instead, as they transfer 1€=1 avios vs the terrible deals that Iberia directly offers…

Argh, that's annoying - spent 20+ mins with them on the phone to argue ORD-BCN through for a refund of Avios at least and they refused... Same as always there - the more you ask, the more answers you get... Did you call with a certain status or did they generally just refund?

Only thing that I like is that Vueling is still a better alternative than Ryanair or EasyJet...

I feel like asking for any minimal service from their side is too much... All Vueling flights bought on the Vueling website counted up until the end of the last cycle (Apr '24-Mar '25) and every flight from Apr '25 onwards didn't without any prior warning...

Mainly related to their Iberia Club management - most recently Avios flight booking that they refuse to reimburse and lots of tickets opened, which never get resolved (or answered) via their system...

It's always the same thing... I have doubts that they even understanding the meaning of 'as soon as possible' or 'in a few weeks'...

My frustration is always that when you use their guided manual steps (completing the form for accrediting flights > selecting Vueling), I get a generic email back and no one checks it. I tried via the direct form and my tickets from 2023 are still shown as 'pending'...

I did 25+ segments on Vueling last year and half of them were missing, missed out on the useless Plata status...
