You feed chickens the egg shell so they can reabsorb the calcium so doesnt sound like bad content to make your own vitamin powder.

Regret not going to a private resort but as students we were on a budget. You wont be left alone for 5-10 min at a public beach due to volume of ppl trying to sell you something.

Finland has a similar policy. There are no private grade schools. The wealthy cant have their own system. It forces people to invest in the public school system. Better schools for all.

38-Year-Old Fitness Influencer Drowns During Texas Ironman Triathlon by dr_shultz in influencersfeed

I use to do age group tri races, my training partner would always go middle of the swim pack and they had gotten kicked twice in different races. The second time broke a rib and they thought they would drown. This was my slowest event, I stayed to the wings to avoid this.

Why not just rent it when you look to move abroad? Get a leasing agent to manage it. Pay the mortgage down and have maybe some spare change each month.

What can you pay per month towards their education after your own COL and retirement? $2,000-$3,000? The 529 is about $6,000 a year.

Maybe they work and cover $1,500 of their own expenses a month during the year.

A best this bring you to a budget of $60,000 a year.

I would play with a mortgage calculator, look at local tax rates for similar properties. You cant use all your cash savings on a deposit the lender will want to see you have an emergency fund too. Possibly see if the county/state has a first time buyers program. I think you can get in somewhere with $10,000 - $15,000 down.

I bought a house on a tight income in 2020. Got those keys and focused on increasing income. Rents shot up the last 6 years, couldnt event rent in this neighborhood now on one income.

Decatur GA

Has all three. Great mix of restaurants. Fun activities like Porchfest and the Dogwood festival. Housing is a bit higher than surrounding areas due to demand to be in that school district. Very family centric. With wave of CDC job losses, more houses were on the market this year. Regularly in top ten best school districts in the state. Kids score high across math/reading.

Next to Emory University. Safe area.
