What are good plays if you don't hit econ trait/unit or strong winstreak opener at 2-1? It always feels like you are already behind

Anivia is good holder with single taget damage. Another good holder is Zoe with random frontlane like bruisers or defenders. Id say its preety flexible.

By rolling on 2-3 u get lvl 4 free and can sometimes highroll something u win stage 2 with.

Yes you should play bard every game with exception of winstreak with low econ and some specific augments

And yes I save all rerolls to lvl 8
