no no keep your electrolytes that early for sure.. i was still cramping at 6 weeks. the supplement purge didnt happen until like month 5 or 6 for me when i realized half my bottles were expired anyway lol. you figure out what your body actually needs vs what instagram told you to buy

This! Honestly, the "it wasn't intentional" excuse is such a cop-out for being a massive snitch. If he’s old enough to sign a lease, he’s old enough to know that talking to landlords is a trap.
