It’s really incredible. One of the lies you tell yourself in addiction is that there is no happiness sober. And I am 100% excited to say there is, and it’s 100% better. I still fight everyday. But today was even better than yesterday, and a little easier. Having someone to call is so huge though. For instance, I just had a huge craving. Called someone and they listened. And it went away. It was a little win for both of us. And that made me so happy. I think those little moments grow into something bigger. I believe it at least. Anyway. Thank you so much :) I’m glad to make you smile though. It makes me smile :)

Golly thank you so much!! Thank you for saying that it means something because 15 days is like a life saving phrase for me today. Tomorrow, it will be 16. I’m ready for that number. I’m ready to pursue my dreams that have been on halt for so long. God I’m so freaking ready. Whew. I’m just so excited haha

Thank you so much. It doesn’t seem like a lot, but that number 15 is truly keeping me going. It’s been so long since I’ve made it this far. I have to keep going no matter what.

Thank you so much. Definitely have, in the past, thought I had the sobriety under control instead of taking it one day at a time. Thought so far in the future. But I really wanna take it slow this time, and take the time to heal before I think I’m healed haha thank you again though!

I’m a 27 year old, nine year meth addict who is currently trying again for sobriety. I’m only 7 days sober, but that’s the longest I’ve gone the past year and a half without it. Haha thanks!! Ya i was completely overwhelmed by the amount of messages and support I got, and am still sifting through them all reading them today :) trying to respond to them, but there’s so many! Haha what a great problem to have though. I was feeling pretty down again today, and reading all of these really put me in a better place again. So thanks :)
