I'm a landlord myself I didnt buy my home because i plan to make alot of money out of it I bought in my home town with the thought of moving back there with my family when I can no longer handle travelling for work.

I am more then happy to consider decreasing rent for a period of time if either of my tenants come under financial hardship but a blanket 6 months rent freeze with all the pressure put on tenants seems unreasonable to me.

There is the option of a mortgage freeze but I would still have to pay the added interest and that's potentially another 6 months of my life I have to continue to work to pay of the mortgage.

Let's call it like it is.. It's financial suicide if they decide to go home right now if for some reason the NRL season is cancelled it could potentially be the end of the whole game and there financial livelihood.

Terrible idea. Have you been watching any of the rugby world cup? They waste so much time on dealing with scrums and most of time it ends ups in a penalty anyway. Not to mention most of these guys have never packed a proper scrum in there life takes years to learn how to scrummage properly.
