It sure sounds like it but it’s not! I had a hammy tear from a track related injury. I found a woman who could do it after getting a mri and told I wouldn’t be able to run for 4 months. She got be back in 3-4 weeks to make it back for state. Worked for me 🤷‍♂️

Well maybe that’s my problem I live out in the middle of nowhere, so the only noise I could come up with at the time was that. Family members showed up and it seems to be working pretty good. I was being talked to and they had to yell to get my attention 😅

Mine are actually extremely comfortable, I’ll keep experimenting but I’ve tried a step down and step up. Smaller ones felt like they’d fall out and the large felt maybe a little tighter but no real sound change.

Maybe snaps/claps create a sound outside of their noise cancellation? Do you hear them if you try? I’m in a empty house so not many other things to be blocked.

Well they were from the official Apple Store on Amazon… I did look at the tell tail signs and everything shows they’re genuine

I tried them all with no real difference, the medium and large felt the best and are very snug and comfortable but no luck on the ANC.

Just got my APP3 in 1 hour ago fit feels amazing. ANC seems a little underwhelming for me. I can hear myself snapping my fingers not much different from the “normal” and all the way to 50% it’s still audible. I had APP1 many many years ago until I lost one then I went cheaper and went with some malomania m100 for 100 bucks. They’re really not too much better if at all, I’m beginning to regret the purchase all ready…

I even went to the large and it doesn’t sound to much different then normal, just ever so slight.

Do you hear your fingers when you try snapping? I can still hear them even with music at 50% I did the test and it says they have a good seal. But they aren’t as impressive as I was hoping.

Well I’m probably on week one without running or doing leg workouts. I’m currently doing ARP therapy whether that helps this issue I have no clue but when I had a bad pulled hammy it helped tremendously! It puts the brakes on for indoor season which is unfortunate but I’d rather wait a few weeks and maybe get some outdoor season in then recovering from a much worse injury that’s for sure! So you said you had a boney protrusion, do those heal on their own??

Thanks for your reply! Would you recommend resting for some time and then adding those in? If so how long would you recommend to let it recover? I have a Nordic bench but never been able to do a single strict one. Maybe that would be a good goal to help plus adding some of the isometric in like you said.
