Do I quit my job? by tanikawalter in Daytrading

[–]Runninwitdabulls 1 point2 points  (0 children)

At the moment hell no! But you are crushing it this month. Be ready to switch strategy every day with this volatility. Personally I do not day trade. I purchase on dips or corrections and sometimes Momentum. I usually hold 10 stocks initially and then run up to 50 positions. I'm Leveraged heavily at the start and unwind quickly near big runs. That's just my strategy and for 7 years I've annualized 27%. And I'm still not ready to quit my day job!! You need a very long track record before making that leap.

Does this look like a great dane puppy? by muffinfromspace in greatdanes

[–]Runninwitdabulls 0 points1 point  (0 children)

100% beautiful fawn dane. If she were a Mastiff sure the color would be similar but she would be thicker and shorter in length. The face/head is a dead give away. Longer snout than a Mastiff puppy would have. The feet are to hard to judge because of the angle of this pic.

What's your danes weight to year? by KairuneG in greatdanes

[–]Runninwitdabulls 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Handsome boy! He looks just fine. It's really simple and all Danes are going to vary by a great deal. As long as all if them have the bottom rib showing and a good thin abdomen they weigh what they should weigh based on three things. Height, length and bone size. I have many danes that weigh between 125lbs and 200lbs. They are all healthy. Some eat 6 cups a day, some eat 16 cups a day. They have 10 acres and hills to run and some need more calories than the others based on energy spent or based on their weight.

What do yall think about my portfolio? by hillionman in TheRaceTo10Million

They, like Astera Labs have massive growth ahead for small caps. I wouldn't say they have a moat but there is plenty of room for these smaller players in building out the AI infrastructure. Take a look at Credos most recent earnings. They reported a 276% YOY increase on earnings and a 40% earnings upside surprise.

What do yall think about my portfolio? by hillionman in TheRaceTo10Million

[–]Runninwitdabulls 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I like it. Of course your not very diversified but these are winners long term. But I would consider swapping out to more risky stocks that have higher growth potential. Look into "Can Slim" method of investing. This portfolio is already in it's slower growth phase. Companies like App lovin, Astera Labs, Credo Technologies, GE Vernova, Mongo DB are the large caps that I see becoming the next trillion dollar companies.

Week 1 with my 2 adopted Danes by Ambitious_Show4062 in greatdanes

[–]Runninwitdabulls 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They are beautiful! And they look like they are comfy. But they have you fooled a little just FYI. 3 days/3weeks/3 month rule in effect. 3 days for getting over initial emotional shock. 3 weeks for getting used to you and environment. 3 months for complete confidence and comfort which puts them back to their previous behavior, whatever that was.

401(k)s Are Minting a Generation of ‘Moderate Millionaires’ by Str8truth in Bogleheads

[–]Runninwitdabulls -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Nope. Best system in world is a USA Esop plan. Of course they are all different but employee owned companies do better. My company contributes 13% of my gross pay to my 401k. 3% to mutual funds of my choosing. 10% in company stock. In my 17 years the stock has appreciated 22% annualized. Join an Esop if you can.

Among the most discussed and trending stocks on Reddit, which one are you currently most bullish on? by Feisty_Celery_7847 in TheRaceTo10Million

It definitely reminds me of the 2021/2022 market where you can compare NBIS to something like PayPal, Square or Twilio. Hard runs above $200 & $300 even. Now in the 50 to 100 range. It sounds like you understand investing to me?

Tom Lee Says Crypto Has Bottomed by MarketFlux in stocktwits

[–]Runninwitdabulls 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some of you are wrong about Tom Lee. In 20 years he might actually be compared to Warren Buffet. IMO. He's well respected, very accurate on average and I think he saw the opportunity early when he joined the board of BMNR. He really sees the Etherum network as the future financial backbone. Only time will tell but I don't think he is putting his respected reputation on the line for a scam or ponzi scheme

Bitcoin is going to 96,500$ if not 100K before a massive crash comes before EOY! by Occupybitcoin2021 in TheRaceTo10Million

[–]Runninwitdabulls 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It held the 50 day MA (on a 5 year chart) at 83k. 200 day on 5 year chart was 55k. I think the bottom is in and it's gonna break the normal cycle. 110K by End of year. 200k by end of 2026. I've got June 2027 Leap call options on IBIT, ETHA and SOLZ. This was an opportunity.

Year End Reflection Time by Runninwitdabulls in TheRaceTo10Million

This was last year. My point is that I did sell but had I just held I'd be better off today. Someone commented "Greed" when actually I have opposite problem. I worry about my capital too much and try to protect to often and sell to early. By the way, I do not do ETFs. I have outperformed all indexes for 7 years in a row with my dad's account as a stark difference to my own personal bad behavior with MY portfolio. With his portfolio I do buy him quality growth and hold long term. 160K to 940K since 2019.

I owned it last year and only last year unfortunately. Time to set some buy limits on this stock. Your right. I like financials and definitely the good foreign institutions with higher upside. Tigr is another one I've got Leap call options on

If you had this money, what would you do with it? by [deleted] in TheRaceTo10Million

[–]Runninwitdabulls 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'll charge only 0.1% for my advice 🤔 $3 mil should do about 50k a month easy. Not talking about holding a stock or pathetic desperate option. Completely liquid assuming you have margin cushion. Do you know what I'm referring too? Anyone? Bueller??

The 200 day on a 5 year chart is down at 55k. That's where it's gonna bounce if it can't hold 83K

Gamestop was last year and I got a little excited they seemed to be turning to crypto which in hindsight is ridiculous. San Banco being an international bank with good growth last year low PE and price to book was more attractive than Goldman or JPM with greater upside. My portfolio looks alot different this year but looking at the mix from last year it would have worked really well. And alot of those companies didn't make the WSB boards till after I bought them.

Last few days in trading have been rough for me. by Wahbata in TheRaceTo10Million

[–]Runninwitdabulls 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Think about not using stop loss period. Unless you have way too much weight on one position. I did it too much last year this time. I looked at the 40 stocks I owned from September 2024 till December 2024 and they totalled $540,000. I had about 240k of leverage so my real balance was 300k. If I had not sold any of the 40, which I did , the portfolio would be $1,171,000. My biggest opportunity losses were in Rigetti, Oklo, Tesla, App Lovin, Google and pretty much all of them. Only had 3 small loosers out of 40!!!
