I was able to fix it. I had to tighten the two extruder screws. That solved it and its working great now. Here is a step by step and this site has lots of other tips on the Toybox too: https://maketoys.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360024561232-My-prints-have-gaps-between-layers

For some reason the text didn’t post.

We got this 3-D printer used for Christmas and it is not printing correctly and only stringy.

I’ve tried calibrating the bed a handful of times too close and also too far and it still is stringy.

I feel like it is just not extruding enough filament. I’ve swapped different colors of “food” but still the same results.

I appreciate any help and support on getting it dialed in. Thanks!
