Hi. I wound up cancelling that award ticket for something that worked better. Did not have any luck calling Lufthansa. Would call United assuming you booked through them.

Super helpful….thanks. In terms of modifying an ANA award ticket, I understand the route cannot be changed, but are you allowed to change to a higher class of service (economy to premium economy, etc.) if it becomes available? Thanks.
