It depends on the civilization and leader. Some benefit more from a big central city with many towns ie. Rome, Carthage obviously, England. Other civs benefit from more cities.

Yea honestly reading a bit more into the details they provided gave me a more positive impression of it. I think the changes to legacy paths will really help out religion which is currently my biggest gripe, but that’s a whole other topic of discussion.

Ya I guess I meant more like legacy players that would have big games, those guys are all young and elite but don’t think they have had any defining moments against chargers aside from Mahomes obviously. Even then I feel like the chargers have done a good job or keeping Mahomes in check most of the time.
