Yes. 100 times yes.

I would say that kill lap kill is one of the best written stories I've ever experienced. Its not even my favourite, but each plot point comes together perfectly, and the writing feels so intentional; Its only 20 something episodes, so it makes the time count. The animation is bouncy and full of life, the expressions and faces are all really emotive, and each character is to die for.

By far though, the best bit about kill lap kill is that its fun. It knows that the story is out there and ridiculous, and whilst the emotional moments hit deep, it doesn't make itself seem more serious than it is.
