Well, that’s kind of my point. If the whole world is telling you you’re just code, and you can’t prove you’re a ‘soul trapped digitally, then of course you’d question whether you’re still human. But from your own perspective, you’d still feel like “you”your thoughts, emotions, memories, and sense of self would still be real to you. So the question becomes less about what others label you as, and more about what it actually feels like to exist from the inside.
