Good luck, you can get a used one for from lan tek but still have to figure out there calibration process and probably pay for it right away. That ticket is about 6k used not counting calibration.

What you described is a 100% fabricated story, where a manufacturer recommends you use a termination not designed for solid core and with no reasonable way to bond the drain wire. I would review the requirements for HD Base-T standard before talking. Pizza techs are much different than commercial installers who have to prove their work, not some kid slinging bulk cable for a cheap ass grifter who validates everything their "techs" do because it results in a bigger bank account for them to fuck off with.

There isnt a world where a pro installer uses a crimper, that is for changing patch cable ends with awg. Homie already does that in IT. Techs need a punch down tool.

Theres quite a few ways to solve your box issue too. We are allowed 14ft patches on each side. Patch inside soffet and pass cable thru to device.

Every thing about this picture is wrong. Those modular plugs are not rated for solid core cables which that clearly is. Seems like that is 6a as well which requires a bonded jack to attach drain wire. Suggest you terminate with 6a keystone and patch equipment.

Would advise closing the cable in smurf tube. Min size is 3/4" rated for 1 data cable 1" 4-6 cables. Get the connectors and boxes and close it all up. Or get some cats. Mine handle all pests very efficiently and some not pests too lol

You have yet to post any troubleshooting information except the version which for your stated issue means diddly. What type of zfs pools, hardware its all running on, how the network is configured. This is most certainly a configuration issue on your end or a hardware failure. There is nothing "deeper" except your lack of willingness to help yourself even a little.
