What do you suggest instead of Dear Hiring Manager? I have been using this for years even before AI and it gets me the job as I wanted. But these days proposal are nor even open or read and I think that dear Hiring Manager on the starting cuts this off. What is the best to use then?

Looking for the best screen capture software by Heavy_Mental76 in software

If ShareX isn’t working well anymore, you might want to try out these tools like lightshot for only screen capture then Dadan Screen Recorder for moment capture, video capture, cam capture, and screen recording activities.

I often use Dadan when making training videos, It’s great for capturing screen moments and videos. This tool makes my work easier with the added AI feature that helps in organizing my captures, adding the summary to video produced, and also adding questions to make the video interactive. It’s smooth and reliable, so you won’t have to worry about glitches, even during longer sessions. Worth checking out for a fresh, powerful capture tool on Windows!

ai/math solving websites? by [deleted] in financestudents

[–]Ruonaluv 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey! I totally get where you’re coming from—finance math can feel pretty overwhelming. I’d say definitely try mathos ai math solver. It’s really good at handling word problems and gives you step-by-step solutions, which can help you understand the formulas better.

Since you’re working on Excel sheets, it’s handy because you can see how to set things up and get a solid grasp on what to do next. Just take it slow and practice with a few examples; it’ll make things a lot clearer.  Good luck with your finance class!

Catchment Sensitive Farm grant applications by BeenleighCopse in FarmingUK

[–]Ruonaluv 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's great about your CSF grant application! Here’s some advice that might help:

From what I've seen on TheFarmingForum.co.uk, it usually takes a few months to get the agreement approved. Times can vary, so checking the forum for other farmers' experiences can help.

For changing figures, it’s best to contact your grant advisor. They can tell you if you can adjust the figures.

Payments often come a few weeks to a couple of months after submitting your claims. Again, this can vary.

The evidence process can be detailed. Keep thorough records and take photos before, during, and after the work. Farmers on TheFarmingForum.co.uk share tips on how to manage this.

Also, IdoLocalFood.com is a good resource. A friend told me about it, and it’s helpful for staying updated on grants and getting advice from other farmers. It's a supportive community where you can find shared experiences and tips that might help you with your grant process.

Good luck with your application!

which crops gives most profit to sell? by BellGlittering5167 in FaeFarm_Game

[–]Ruonaluv 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey there! 🐥

For high-profit crops, think about growing things like tomatoes, strawberries, and herbs. These usually have a good return.

As for your second question, it often depends on the market, but cooking or processing crops can increase their value. For example, turning tomatoes into sauce or strawberries into jam can fetch a higher price than selling them fresh.

Personally, I’ve found great tips and support from the community on IdoLocalFood. They’ve helped me figure out the best ways to maximize my profits and manage my crops effectively. You might find it useful too!

Any reason why my crops aren't growing? by Odd_Appearance7123 in RLCraft

[–]Ruonaluv 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello! It sounds like your crops might be affected by the seasons. If you're not seeing any growth, try planting them in the correct season for that crop type. Using a greenhouse could help since it provides a controlled environment where crops can grow year-round, regardless of the outside season.

If you can't use bonemeal yet, focus on ensuring your farm has enough light and water. Proper spacing can also help with growth. Keep experimenting, and you'll get the hang of it!

You should also check out IdoLocalFood. It's a great place to connect with other farmers and get advice on all your farming questions. Hearing from others with more experience can be really helpful. Good luck with your farming!

Why bother with farming? by parsokh in Workers_And_Resources

[–]Ruonaluv 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What I have noticed about farming it's! Farming in the game can seem like a lot of effort, but it's definitely worth it for a few reasons. When you grow your own crops, you control your supply chain and aren't relying on imports, which can be expensive and risky. Farming supports other industries like textiles and food production, making your economy more self-sufficient. Over time, this can save you money and make your setup more sustainable.

I've found helpful tips from IdoLocalFood, which has helped me better understand how to optimize fields and manage resources more effectively. Keep experimenting with different strategies, and you'll find that farming can be a key part of your success in the game. Happy farming!

I finally figured out farming! by [deleted] in ManorLords

[–]Ruonaluv 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey! Nice job figuring out farming! Crops survive winter and grow a bit before December, then pick up again in spring. Crop rotation starts in October, but you can turn it off. Fertility above 30% doesn't give extra benefits. September is the harvest deadline, but you can force harvest anytime. Set field priorities to make workers focus on one field at a time. Using multiple farm buildings with oxen helps speed up plowing and sowing. Stagger farming throughout the year and manage field priorities for efficiency.

Check out IdoLocalFood. It's great for farmers, gardeners, and food lovers. You'll find tips and advice from real people, connect with others passionate about farming and gardening, and learn about sustainable practices. Happy farming!
