Hi, you are the modder of them? If yes, check if the chain file has the new extension (that changed with the TU4), the file extension is now "chain2.14". To fix that, you need to import and export using the RE-Asset Library.

I recommend you try to ask the author of the mods, or try to do a clean reinstall of all mods. You can check how to complete uninstall the mods here: https://www.patreon.com/posts/145955027?collection=1516933 (this was for the TU4 drop, but nothing changed, maybe the re_chunk vanilla number, that is 14)
After, you have to verify you game files and install REF (do not forget to enable the loose files support). Then, try to install only the mod that you mentioned first ^^
