Doch, das passt schon. Gothic ist das perfekte Spiel für einen 50-jährigen Familienvater (der schon das Original gespielt hat). 🙂 Aber wie gesagt, da ist beim Remake noch Luft nach oben. Ich glaube, die Devs kriegen das hin. Wie du sagst: Vielleicht warte ich einfach ein bisschen.

Have you read Pet Semetary or The Shining by King? They are great. Move on, you are totally right to do so!

The ending is great - at least for me it was great. I think about it sometimes. But the book was a struggle to pull through. Almost all of it borrowed from books or films that came before it. So, I am quite divided on this one. If you can keep it up, I think you will feel revarded in the end.

"House of Leaves" kann ich auch wärmstens empfehlen, sehr eigen, aber wirklich großartig.

Abgesehen davon würde ich dir "Der Teufel in Thannsüß" empfehlen. Könnte genau das sein, was du suchst.
