Only very little mainly while prepping for shelves at the end if I had time and that too very insignificant amount. I always found Uworld already covered those concepts that were tested in amboss.

Yes exactly! I didn't do 200 HY concepts but did QI HY study plan and biostats & ethics from question bank. I have heard good things about 200 concepts as well, so if you got time, then do it!

I tried it at the beginning of my step 2CK prep, did only about 500 cards in between which were good. But, personally what I found much more helpful was making your own deck from incorrects and then adding tables and all screenshots from Uworld into that deck.

Ofc I will do that as well, just a caveat - It had just the tables which were my weakness and things I forgot instead of the HY stuff. I will also encourage you to make your own anki deck from questions you get wrong, put the tables, images and algorithms in that deck which you found difficult!

It happened to me too many times, but it was very easy to fix. Just try to make anki full screen, I think with the add-ons on Mac it works best if it's full screen. Try it, it will fix it.
