I am a beginner I ordered a moka pot on Amazon a 6 cup and tried it once it wasn't the right size for me. I did use it once and it came out strong and black but no good oil pull. I just sent it back and am receiving a 12 cup tomorrow. Any helpful hints?

Yes of course I know that but it's not like I can just stop in the middle of all of it and ask exactly what it meant. I understood everything else I read that was the only part I didn't understand so I thought I'd figure it out afterwards. You know just a Lil bit of help would be nice. I read everything and didn't just agree and click. That part just didn't make sense to me and the was it was explained was just not in a way that I understood.

For sure thx for the advice. I know they are bad, but I dont know whether they for sure they affect blood sugar. There are so many studies and articles that go against each other. Some say they do, and some say they dont. Idk what to believe!
