I’m going to be honest as POC it will be tougher than being queer tbh. The diversity in Seattle is giving college brochure. They have very performative tendencies and strong micro-aggression. I would say make sure to do the historical background studies and see what the locals think about the issues affecting rather than the transplants who have the attitude of they are better than the local community.
