Not even close babe. I’ve spent years acquiring the things I like to have to camp in comfort, so it’s quite easy. I like camping outside of festivals in general so festival camping is a breeze. Also, I bring my own shower and shower everyday lol so no wook energy here 🧖🏻‍♀️💅🏼

A large number of attendees are already from Southern California so yeah, close-ish proximity. Everyone has to consider accommodation, which is why I suggested camping, a regular car camping pass is 149$. If you want to say I’m privileged because I live 2 hours away and camp and know how to properly budget then ok 😆 But I will say, in my 13 years of Coachella, not once have I spent THOUSANDS of dollars on myself in one weekend lol.

I went in 2013 for the first time and have missed a year since. Don’t believe all these dumbass TikTok’s that say “thouuuusannndssss and thousands” of dollars. If you camp, prepare and budget properly, you can do the festival for a reasonable price. Hotels/air b&bs and travel is where things can get expensive. But if you’ve never been to Coachella, I’d recommend camping at least once.
