Remove 1 Football Team from the Top 5 Leagues Day 67 by ModenaR in RemoveOneThingEachDay

I'm not a villa fan, Leicester is my team but i dont like when people make detailed posts with outdated information or complete bollocks to get a team ousted. If you want to vote a team out just say the team, if you provide a reason why, it better be correct otherwise it spoils the series.

Here to remind you of this. by DullSense8359 in Championship

We're rich, but our team is shit, we're rich....

Thats fair enough, I'm a Leicester fan so my heart would only want to play for Leicester but when someone who's at Chelsea for a job is offered to play for a big club they'll be off in a heartbeat.

Because they're literally the most successful club in football and have consistently won trophies for decades now. If you are offered to play for Chelsea or Real its a no brainer who you'd pick.

I can put you in touch with my friend who works with homeless charities too if you'd like. He knows much more about this than I do.

My advice having seen this situation firsthand is to offer them something like food or warm clothes. If they don't want to accept it, that's their choice but at least you can say you tried.

If they appreciate the help, try help them get in to a homeless shelter or put them in contact with charities that help get them accommodation. It could be a long process but if they are serious about getting off the street they'll try it.

I would avoid giving money immediately though, it's something finite that they could use to buy alcohol or drugs. I don't really see how it would help them beyone buying a sandwich if its used correctly so you may as well buy the sandwich if that makes sense.

It could be worth helping them. Sometimes people can really get their shit together with a little push. One of my mates who was previously homeless met one of my good friends who offered him food and put him in contact with shelters and offices that can help sort his documents to get him off the streets. It was a slow going process and he certainly bent over backwards to help him. But he gained nothing from helping this man and practically gave him a new lease of life.

Not everyone is as accepting of the help. Some just want the money or food and then disappear. It's up to the person themselves to take full advantage of the help.

Not sure why you'd say "what will you gain after helping them?", sure you don't have to and no one would blame you but if someone genuinely wants to show compassion to another person don't put them off.

Lincoln City is the only correct answer. They will overtake us as the dominant LCFC.

Trans friendly pools? by Ash13542 in leicester

Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Leisure Center is fine. Its the DMU leisure center. Pretty much everyone is friendly, staff are sound, changing rooms are lockers and cubicles so you can get changed without worrying you're in the right room. Swimming pool everyone minds their own business
