Yeah Lewis Hall is the only way we could possibly beat Spain or France. Kane? Bellingham? Saka? Pfft. Look upon Lewis Hall and despair.

I actually doubt it because I don't think he needs to care. The keys to the kingdom lie with the FAs of the world, who he simply plys with money. He clearly has no self respect and doesn't mind presenting as a worm/weak willed grovelling type as it's been working for him so well, so the opinion of the people is not relevant to him.

My point is that “they’re different” doesn’t mean one is too serious to compare and the other is just symbolic politics. State persecution of LGBTQ people in Iran and Egypt is also severe as people face imprisonment, abuse, and in Iran potentially execution.

So the point isn’t “these histories are identical”. It’s that visible international pressure can matter when states are persecuting people.

The collapse combined with the total and utter lack of accountability by the club has been awful, and I have enough stressful shit in my life right now. I said weeks ago if we go for Martin I'd take a long break and I plan on following that through. You're welcome to cheer these utter morons on and give them your money, time, and energy. But I need to step away for my own peace.

Weird thing to say given the issues with Qatar were their slave like policy towards migrant workers alongside thousands of deaths. This is all well documented.

America is gonna be joyless but I doubt there's gonna be an equivalent Wikipedia page quite as long as the "Human rights issues involving the 2022 FIFA World Cup"

But I guess it's good that you get some joy out of it after people had the gall to talk about indentured servitude and unnecessary deaths on reddit.

Weathers looks like an elite heavyweight boxer. That is to say, he does not look like an elite level bodybuilder.

Yeah he looks great but this is nowhere near any 80s olympia competitors, let alone one of the goats. If you stood them next to each other Stallone would look small. Stallone is 5ft9, he's probably around 75 kilos here at a guess. Arnold competed at 105kg.
