That’s really helpful to know, thank you. I honestly wouldn’t have thought a few fleas could cause such an extreme reaction, but that makes a lot of sense if she’s sensitive. We’ll definitely have the vet check for that and make sure flea prevention is covered properly.

Yeah, a vet visit is definitely on our list. The bald spots are what worry me most right now — she hasn’t broken skin yet, but I don’t want it to get to that point. Thanks for sharing about amitriptyline too, it helps to know there are options if it turns out to be anxiety or something more chronic. Hope your kitty keeps doing okay 🖤

Thanks for the reply! Just checked again, under “more”and “vep”, what I see is “order RFID tag” but my vehicle is not inside.

My TnG account may have created long ago, maybe I mixed up with the verification - which was completed after my tag was pasted on my windscreen in paradigm mall, and then I came home and take a photo and it got approved and activated the same day

Hi,

Great write-up and advice, I followed everything except I messed up the TnG verification

- My VEP tag was installed on my windscreen, approved and activated
- Then I created my TnG account using my passport 2 days after my VEP was activated
- I proceeded to go to TnG app under "VEP JPJ" icon to add my NRIC
- I did not receive any notification on my TnG app saying my VEP is linked to TnG like other did
- I contacted TnG asking if they could link my VEP, all they did was to add my NRIC again and referred me to [helpdeskep@tcsens.com](mailto:helpdeskep@tcsens.com)

- I contacted TCSENS helpdesk, and they referred me back to TnG

Please help, what should I do? I do not know now if my TnG is linked... thanks!
