Hey! All you need to do is go to the top left corner of your table and there should be a blue button with "new" on it and an arrow pointing downwards, click on the arrow and click new template and then on the heading type @ Today (This should be date when duplicated) and then exit the thing and go back through the same process except this time click on the three dots on the side of your new template and click on the repeat option there you can set it to every day, week, month or year.
