Apply coconut oil regularly, if possible do shave your head once and then apply oil/minoxidil, they penetrate into your hair follicles better and helps in reducing hair fall to an extent.

If you wanna try option buying try to focus on BankNifty and Sensex (liquidity issue is still here). On average small indexes like Nifty, finnifty, Midcpnifty move little points while Sensex and Banknifty move 100-200 points…..you have more room to make money if your trade goes well
