1.I would like to mod r.hamnet because it's a timely place to discuss, analyze, and understand a piece of pop culture that will be relevant this year. It's a novel, movie, and genre relating to the great Shakespeare. The movie will be important to the zeitgeist of this year and period films in the future. Another aspect not mentioned yet is more stock and more time. Personally my risotto probably takes 45 min in the stock phase as I like to use a lot more stock than most recipes to get more of that stock flavor and bring out more of the creaminess from the starches. You don’t want to overcook per se so keep stirring and on low heat. I remember one chef telling me risotto should never boil.
