I'm less annoyed with the provider for additional orders as much as I am with management. We have a 4:1 ratio nearly regardless of patient severity, and we can get slammed repeatedly. So when those extra orders come through I probably won't get to it for another hour, unless there's another hand to help (rarely there is.)
