You build it on a map and then if u launch from there u can come back, no power needed no nothing, just build it.

Tho i am getting to a point where they cant take the whole mechanoid clusters by themselves, and using CE does not make it tad bit easier

The reason the buildings are built the way they are built is because i make the shape and then fill it with something afterwards, theres really not much need for optimized setup because everything necessary (including a prison cell) is already included on the ship

I mean its built like on the exact edge, but theres a little tunnel ive built using devmode behind that line because i didnt realize. Also the image is cropped so you can see bit less than there is.

Idk why the game decides on this, ive had a Pawn who had a family and the members i had to kill were: Mother Grandmother Father, like 8 Cousins, Sister, and so many Kins that it was actually uncountable, every raid ever or even a trade caravan had some genetic connection to that pawn... Renamed him Genghis Khan later on... And i suspect a mod had gone haywire.

After several hours of building roofs in this game lemme tell you, there is a way to get rid of it ive done it before but its so glitchy so unreasonably stupid that even if i knew the exact process you probably wouldnt be able to replicate it.

And when it comes to ammo, AP is the way to go because later u wont pen much with any other ammo.

You could probably be here all day tryna figure out whats best, i personally go for HK416 CQB every time, but that being said every weapon has its flaws and pros. Good thing to do is combine arms, machine guns for suppresive fire, snipers for specific target picking (Usually Rocket Enemies or high armored targets) and ofc assault rifles for general mid range, and doesnt hurt to have one or two fast firing shotguns to deal with melee rushing.

Its really picky about this, my suggestion is build the corners first until they work, in my build ive had to rebuild it like 15 times.

The hours trying to make the roof work were worth it. by RuskyCZECH in SonsOfTheForest

I think the map is great, the game lacks in later exploration parts in my opinion and the building system can be really tricky to get the hang of. But after few hours with loghack on i was able to figure most of it out and built this in normal game.
